Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal goods, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables to ensure the highest safety and quality standards.

Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Safely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
